Arctic Testing Services Oy (ATS) is a privately-owned family enterprise independent from manufacturers that provides testing services in Rovaniemi, Arctic Circle.ATS has catered for Arctic winter testing vehicle clients since 1987 (then named Lapin Kumi Oy).

 

 

The business has expanded and developed over the years; the latest example of which is the recent construction of a test centre for one of the world’s largest vehicle manufacturers.
